hi
i'm using a database on the network, when i finished updating my work it doesn't allow me 2 save the work. i've checked permission by going into tools, secuirty, users & group accounts and the group membership the only 2groups are the default admins & users. my group called team managers is missing!!
how can i get this 2 appear in available groups???

if i log-on 2 another PC this group appears, so that setting/function am i missing off my PC

Sound like MS Access database - what version?

Are both "client" PCs Office versions patched to the same level?

the pc i'm using has windows XP/ office 2000

the other network PC's are using windows2000/ office 2000.

my name has been put into a user group called team managers, which doesn't appear in security users & group accounts
