Tried to load on Windows Office Suite 2003 on to friend’s computer, XP Pro, during
the installation process I was informed that his ‘D’ drive had only 2%
available space, his ‘D’ drive has only 4GB of space and is indeed nearly
full, his ‘D’ drive consists of hidden files, I then tried to install it on
his ‘C’ drive and was informed that it also never had enough free space to
accommodate Office Suite, although when I checked the properties of ‘C’ drive
it shows that there is 82% free space.
Suspect that there is something blatantly obvious here that I have failed to
comprehend.
What should be the favoured drive and why does the software tell me that
both drives do not have enough space??
