We are running a W2k3 server and have an ISA server installed on it. I installed WebRoot SpySweeper Enterprise edition the other day and deployed the clients. The problem I am having is the status shows that port 443 is closed so the update server can't access the internet to get the updates. WebRoot is configured with the proxy information and I setup the ISA server to allow https tcp inbound/outbound traffic. I am able to get out just typing an ip with port 443 after it so it is allowing traffic out. Anyone have a clue? I have been checking around on WebRoots site too. The IT consultant who has been in charge of the network before I got here is putting in a trouble ticket with WebRoot but I wanted to see if I could find something faster.

:disgust: I too am having this same issue and wondering if you have a solution, the current version of spysweeper will not update definitions through ISA Server 2000 Sp2 even when I permit all IP and by passproxy for webroot ip addresses. I have duplicated this at another site and it doesnt seem to work anywhere where ISA is implemented...PS ISA is ****
