Dysfunctional Keys on Dell Lattitude Laptop/win2000

The following keys suddenly stopped functioning: "Enter," Right "Shift" (Left Shift still works) and the ("period") key. It's debilitating!! Any thoughts would be very appreciated!

Have you tried to use a can of compressed air to blow out from around and under the keys? Also you might want to look in device manager to see if the keyboard has an issue. Finally read up in your dell doc's as laptops will often have keys that do more than one thing and turn off with some key strokes.
