RIS Server & network cards

Can anybody here help me, I'm trying to find out if there is a generic network card driver out there that'll work with all network cards. I've built up a RIS server so that I can install Windows XP and Office etc on new machines without having to sit at them all the time. But some of them have different brands of network card and was wondering if there was a single driver that can be used on all of them.

Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated

Alot of times NIC's will be seen by the OS and windows will intall generic drivers for those. If not its best to just look at the chipset rather than the card maker. For example there are at least 20 generic drivers around for the Realtek 8081 chipset that happens to be on many many Nic's.
