Here we go again folks.:( TS Arlene will hit probably tonight mostly center of Mobile, Al. Great, as that puts Pensacola on the worst side (east side) of the storm.

We are still recovering from Ivan back in September and our April Showers
(record 25") still have folks in water. Now Arlene is predicted to bring at least 12".:dizzy:
Here are the names for 2005 TS and Hurricanes:
Arlene, Bret, Cindy, Dennis, Emily, Franklin, Gert, Harvey, Irene,
Jose, Katrina, Lee, Maria, Nate, Ophelia, Phillipe, Rita, Stan, Tammy,
Vince, and Wilma.

Now aren't we the lucky ones to get the first of the season?

I guess we still have that La Nina and El Nino thing going on. I can't ever remember which is which so I combine them for "El Nintendo".

Later folks, :owned:

looks like some will get wet. Hopefully it will be downgraded before it hits land.

Sorry folks. I thought all day yesterday was Saturday for some crazy reason.:dizzy:
Arlene to hit tonight (Saturday) around 8pm. It's 70mph sustained winds but expected to increase. 75mph is a Cat 1 Hurricane.
Good thing it wasn't yesterday because it gave more people to get ready.
We still have a lot of people living in FEMA dinky little trailers that have to be moved if still in a flood zone or wind may knock them over. Pitiful, huh?
Heck, we still have many people with 'Blueroof' material on and disintegrating.
Imagine a 200 sq. ft. trailer parked in front of 2000-3000+ sq. ft. homes.
Maybe if they are optimistic, they call that camping. But this is 8 months.
At least it's not a mad dash like Ivan.
Hope everyone has a good day.

In like a lion, out like a lamb. The da-mn media always wants it to look worse than it really is. Lot of rain. Sunshine as I type right now. I'm a happy camper.
Enjoy your day!:michaelan
