i have windows 2000 weds it shut down and now when i tried to turn it back on its saying boot failure. i downloaded mirror images from bootdisk.com but now what do i do? im not a cpu genuis but i know a little on the site it says unzip how do i do that ....now that i've down loaded the disk what do i do help!!1

does it say anything after boot failure? cause i had that problem. i just put in the windows 2000 disk and did a repair on it and it restored the windows files.

Hi All,

phoenix4619, sorry I didn't respond to your post sooner. If you still haven't worked a solution for your boot failure please post back and let's see what someone here can help with. Most zip files downloaded from Bootdisk are used to create floppies (which are then used to repair things), but we can review that further.
