Hey guys, I have a problem (plus im not too sure whether or not this thread is in the right bit of the forum, so im gonna apologise now!).
i want to transfer music from my computer to my mp3 player. ive set everything up, put the USB cable into the back of my p.c. and connected it to my mp3 loading dock etc.
the mp3 player says it is connected to the computer as it says 'p.s. connect' and has a little picture of the computer and dock transfering.
however when i go to click on transfer on the computer, it says that the only avaliable thing to transfer or create is an ATRAC cd. and in the little box thingy it says that the device/media isnt connected. but it is!!!!!!!!
so im really stuck! if anyway could possibly shed any light on why its 'not' connected and wont let me transfer and what i could do to make it work, that would be fantastic!
