Hi there. My friend just recently bought a computer with windows xp. His old computer had windows 95. He has a family tree program on the old computer and can not save his file to a disk because it is too large for a 3x5 floppy and he does not have a cd burner on his computer, just a cd reader. He tried to install the program for the family tree maker on his new computer hoping he could transfer the files and save it on a cd on the new computer but can not get the program to work on the new computer. Is there anyway to install an old cd program onto a newer computer? thanks.
