windows media player 9 virus problem..

i have winXP and i use AVG free, and everytime I run a virus scan, there's an infected file called "WMPLAYER.0" located in C:\_restore\temp

it wont delete it and I think it's harming my computer. anytime I try to move/delete/edit it. it says "Access denied; file may be in use by another program"

I'm not that good at computers, so could someone help me?
