Sorry, meant to say Michael Jackson has been declared innocent.

(Personally, I think he's a s guilty as sin. Being a wierdo with a bad upbringing is absolutely no defence).

The fact that you would be allowed to procreate would be more superising than the verdict

Can one blame the jury? They have guidelines that have to be followed.
12 people have to believe what info was presented proved 'beyond a reasonable doubt' that it would lead to a guilty verdict. Didn't happen. Don't kill the messenger.
The system works most of the times but tell that to the hundreds of inmates in prison for years now finally going free with new DNA evidence that was not around when they were convicted 'beyond a reasonable doubt'.
So Wacko Jacko and OJ were found innocent. Does that mean they were?
H-e-l-l no, but what alternatives would you suggest: Lynch mob? Hit man?
If anyone needs to be convicted of anything absolute, it's the crackhead parents that let their children continue to stay with WJ in spite of the '93 incident and even before, or to even be accepting anything that weird in the first place. Just blows my mind.
As a parent and grandparent myself, 'beyond reasonable doubt' doesn't make
one iota of difference what my choice would be.:leonardo:
Common sense seems to go AWOL when it comes to some cases.
I bet 'common sense' is not even in the law books.:(
