MYOB lost file.

End of financial year and lost whole years accounts in MYOB. We were saving MYOB file from hard drive to disk. The disc was FULL and when we went to reopen MYOB, our file was gone from disc and hard drive. I have done everything I know to find it but can't locate it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do. I have searched and searched.

ps. If it has been deleted, is there a way to retrieve it. In saying this it never appeared in recycle bin.

If it's real critical data don't even try to do this yourself. Find a good data recovery service in your area and it's going to cost but you can write it off as an expense. Don't use the computer that has the lost data on it. It will make it much more difficult to recover.
