hey all - ive gone through a dramatic laptop issue. my harddrive was pulling a blue stop error screen so i took it in and guess what ((big duh)) the harddrive was all mushed up, i have no clue how it got such terrible physical damage. to make a long sotry short - it was replaced and is now a 40gig toshiba.

but all of my drivers are out of date since im starting with a brand new system virtually anyway. so my graphics are so terrible, the only thing is that i havnt been working with windows 2000 premium for that long so i cant find where to find the video card properties so i can find new drivers and DL them. someone please give me a hand.

((my browser are all very sluggish feeling and the scroll is all cut up, not smooth)) be fore the hard drive replacement i had my system perfect and flawless, i feel like a fish in a teacup.

big kiss * Cami

find the video card properties so i can find new drivers
Hi Cami,

EVEREST Home Edition v2.01 (http://www.lavalys.com/products/download.php?pid=1&lang=en) will show you the make and model.

On the left side click the plus sign beside Display
click once on (highlight) PCI / AGP Video
your make and model of the video card (chip) is on the right side.

If you can't locate a Windows 2000 driver post the make and model and
someone will point to a download for you.
