Problem playing DVD's
Hey guys, this has probably been answered many times before, but here goes.
I can't play DVD's on my computer. Im running Windows 2000 with a DVD drive. When I tried to play it in Real player i get this message "The DVD cannot be played. Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed.". Then after browsing other forums, i downloaded "AnyDVD" which fixes this but only plays the audio of the dvd with no picture. I have tried downloading free DVD programs but none work properly and are full of ad-ware. Therefore, I am at a loss. I have no idea how to get my damn comp to play my DVD's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I was getting excactly, the sameThe DVD cannot be played. Key exchange for DVD copy protection failed
However, when I changed to cyberlink power dvd player, had no problem, but it looks like you tried other players..what region dvds are you trying to play?unless you take certain "steps"you are allowed 5 region changes, then dvd player stuck on last one |
