I need to know what i'm doing wrong when i port forward. I'm trying to get my ShoutCast server up and running but when i try to connect to my ShoutCast server, the server tells me i must disable my firewall (which i have). Then i opened the neccessary ports (8000-8001) on my router but still i get the error on my ShoutCast server. I think that this problem has got something to with IP addresses. Any help is much appreciated.

Windows firewall > Right click My Network Places > left click properties > right click LAN choose properties > choose advanced > settings (assuming you are using xp)
Other firewalls run your mouse over all the icons by the clock and it will popup telling you the programs thats running.
