We are running version 12 and have installed a couple of the updates.
The computer (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1082301&page=1#) now crashes (in particular when we try to print (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1082301&page=1#)) and gives a message about incompatibility with Direct3D.
We have tried reducing the hardware acceleration setting on the PC (http://www.tek-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=1082301&page=1#) (ie Display Properties) and this has certainly improved the situation. But it is still crashing albeit less often.
Any ideas?
