Hello ppls,
I recently saw a friend of mine use one computer to access another computer on the network on a different floor of the hospital he works at, he was able to move the mouse and everything, and you could see it on both computer screens. I recently hooked the three computers in my house to a network, and i thought that this could be a vital piece of 'know-how' in my computer knowledge, so if anyone can help me with this please tell me (E-mail LilYellowBusSpcl@aol.com) Thank alot,

Hi Phineas welcome to CTH,

There are a few ways to use remote desktop within a network. We can go over just about any of them you wish to use, but we do not answer questions via email on these fourms. Because they are searchable and another user may get help from reading this topic. With that said you can use remote desktop software built into winndows how ever many people find it hard to setup and work with. Another option would be an app called RealVNC. You simply install the server software on the computer you wish to have remote control over and the view software on the computer you want to control it with. There are a few things thta need to be setup first in order for it to work but its pretty easy. If you need a link to the software or help in setting it up just post back and let us know.
