T-Ray tech is going to be huge!
To most his type thing may seem dull but if you are into such or looking for a place to put some money I'd check it out. T-Ray will not only change with way computers work but there are endless ways it can be used the funny thing is its always been there. Note I'm not trying to spam here or anything this is just cutting edge stuff and I wanted to share. At any rate check out the link.

I work in the chip business. EVERYONE is moving away from silicone as the article suggests. However EVERYONE is also working on the new technologies with many fabs (plants) gearing up to change over in the medium future.
New fabs - more work for me
