Sharing printer capability?

Hi! In order to share a printer on the network, the printer has to have this capability right? I try to share an epson stylus C 64 on a home network. When I right-click on the printer icon in the control panel and click on the sharing tab, nothing is activated there. I cannot select the sharing option. So it does not have that capability?

Go into your Local Area Network Properites and make sure "File and printer sharing for microsoft networks is in the list and has a check mark in the box beside it.
