We have recently aquired Cox cable high speed internet access. My teenagers are complaining that their AIM away messages are going away after a short period. They say that all of their friends can post these messages and they will stay up for days. As far as I can tell we are not losing our connection at all. Could it be my Zone Alarm, Nortons Antivirus, Microsofts Antispyware. or something that is kicking their away message off or is it the screensaver or something? I give up. Please help.
