Exclamation Wireless Problem

I've been using my new laptop for a few weeks now, and it's been connecting fine to my dsl modem through its wireless, but now its giving me problems. It connects sometimes when I mess around with it for about 5 minutes and then it connects well, but then it says "Out of Range" even though the modem is in the room right next to mine. I tried re-starting the modem, my laptop, the other computer and everything. I don't know whats wrong... Help would be appreiated. Thanks.

Hi Liz welcome to CTH,

If you could help us out here and give us the make, mod number and ver number of your modem/router. Also if you could give us as much info for your wi- fi adapter that could come in handy. Lastly what ver of windows do you use.
