Angry Graphics and Cookies

Hi
i have a problem with the Ticket Master site when i go on from selecting the seating this happens and it wont let me continue. i have had someone to look at my computer and they said i had all the nessesary specs and was up to date on everything. can anyone help please.

After going through the proceedings I get this message:

"You must have graphics and cookies turned on to purchase tickets. If graphics and cookies are turned on, click on the 'Back' button and go through the request seats page again, making sure that you allow time for all of the graphics to completely load and display on the screen.
Please make your corrections and try again

thank you
Demented

Welcome

What browser are you using?
Have you configured it to allow the Ticket Master site?
How about Firewall or Internet Security software?

Have you tested with a different browser?

Depends on your Operating System, but usually you log in or if not you can goto the Control Panel and create new users to log into the PC.

You can have a look in the System Tray, if there is a Mcafee icon then it may have a disable option.
If not open the program and temporarily disable the firewall part.

Did you try disabling the firewall?
Do you have any other web filtering / internet security?

Just post the url to the ticket master page where you get the error.
