Microsoft Outlook Problem
I have been using Outlook Express for a while now and I thought I would start using Microsoft Outlook. When I double click on the icon it says unable to open your default email folders. Could not open the item. Try again. Any ideas please.

Did you install Outlook from scratch? Was this the first use?
You may have to goto the settings and create a Personal Inbox file and a mail account.

I installed it about 3 months ago when I installed Office XP. Im sure ive been in it before when I was messing about and as far as I can remember it was ok.
