Bummer

Well I didn't get to go see Vic play tonight and that made me sad, so instead I got myself 2gig's of DDR 400 heheh. Seeing Vic Wooten would have been awesome but I reckon 2 gig's of RAM is pretty cool too.

ok bw, your showing yourself to be a true geek.

I had to go off to google to see who Vic was. Didn't know the name, but I've seen the face. (I think it was on TV playing with Bela Fleck. Though to be honest I wouldn't have connected the 2 of them if it wasn't on the web site).

Have you visited his official website? The water ripple affect on his banner is cool.

I'm going to have to listen to some of his solo stuff, I enjoy Bela's music.

Wooten's great, too bad you missed it. When I miss something really good like that I usually console myself with a new (or old) cd played at high volume. RAM is good too but can it play a bass line? Nooooooooo.

So is the RAM for the BW project?

Yeah the RAM is for project BW and I'll be posting about it soon in more detail. I saw Vic a year or so back when Bela Fleck was in town. The whole show was awesome but me being a bass player from years back just fell in love with Vic's talent.
