Javascript Links don't work

The only links that won't open are Javascripts. I don't understand. Tried advanced options and they didnt work. I'm running XP and using IE v6. Thanks.

I was up thinking about when it started and I remembered that I deleted temporary files in the Sun Java options... Maybe causing a possible error?

Quite possible.. but a re-install of Java should have brought back everything important..

I have 2 internal hard drives. If I reformat, is it possable that I can copy files to my E drive then ONLY reformat my C drive? This isn't my only problem, my Task Manager closes and i just don't like how my computer is preforming due to the number of dollars i've put in my RAM and video card...
