outlook web access attack

I connect to my work email from home via an outlook web access. when I click on the log in screen norton issues a security alert telling me that a remote computer is blocked from attacking me through the 'outlook web access URL redirect'. I am simply unable to open my work email. I have the IP address from the norton alert and have contacted the abuse department at the relevant ISP---but I fear this will take forever to resolve taking that route. any suggestions what I can do by myself??
