Aggrevating problem here

This seems to have developed within the last 24 hours. Every so often my computer will go real slow. I will hit ctrl+alt+del and there will be one program in there listed many a times over (mailmode, savenow, etc). I have already done virus checks. spy/adware cleans, even a crapclean. Still haivng this problem. Any ideas? I have had some lag before but nothing that was near as bad as this.

Sounds like you 've got some malware that's re-installing it's self after you clean it out. Your best bet would be to check the Cybersafety forum and follow the directions there for posting a Hijack This log. The experts there will assist you in cleaning up your computer.
