dll file problem

I'm in need of help.When starting up i get a message
The msvcp60.dll file is linked to missing export msvcrt.dll:._lc-collate-cp.
If anybody can help and explain as clear as possible i would be very grateful.Cheers

I am now getting msvcp60.dll file is missing please help again

You can download msvcp60.dll from this Microsoft page (http://support.microsoft.com/dllhelp/?dlltype=file&l=55&alpha=msvcp60.dll+&S=1&x=7&y=16) or, if that doesn't work (doesn't for me), try this page (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp60).

Put it in the C:\Windows\System folder.
