I'm not an expert on networking but I think you'll need a wireless adapter card in each computer, and a software CD. The software needs to be installed on the computer closest to the router. The computers will also need to be networked. Here's a tutorial on wireless networking;

Do you have the cards and software?

I would call Comcast and talk to tech support about your problem. Keep bugging them till they do something about it.

I had to re-install my netgear router stuff a few weeks ago (My router went bad) and when i first installed it,it wouknt work!!!!! (And 2 times since them it has not worked right when i booted up,i have no idea whats wrong....Im not happy)

Make sure to right click MY COMPUTER and choose DEVICE MANAGER and make sure under POWER MANAGEMENT the box for "let windows shut this device off" is UNCHECKED!!!!!!!!!! -- It was checked when i first installed the NEW router and when i booted up,it wouldnt come up!! I unchecked it straight away!!!!!

I dunno if this is your problem or not,but it may be.....

Good Luck
