Norton Antivirus problem

Please help,
On loading NAV04 my intrusion detection is turned off,when i try to turn it on message appears,

Failed to save settings.Please verify that your windows account is not restricted.
How do i go about this?

Sorted the problem.Went on add/remove program click the add part and created the account.all working o.k now,Hope this can help anybody esle.
