Hi Jack Scates,
Assuming you mean you want a list of what loads at startup on your pc, you can:
1 - Go to Start-Run. Type in "msconfig" and click Okay. You will see the Startup tab.
2 - For a more detailed list, you can get Sysinternals Autoruns program from Here.

Startup tab in msconfig isn't complete. Some items return even after the are disabled. If you can find a copy of "start up cop" and download it you'll see what I mean. If you disable the items in start up cop, they stay disabled until you turn them back on. "Start-up list" is another program that lists everything that starts, especially those that are not in msconfig's startup tab. "Start-up list" is referred to in some of the responses to problems that are reported in CTH, but the links are old and are no longer valid. I was hoping that someone might have a more current source.

hi again Jack Scates.
You are right that msconfig is limited in it's startup display. I like to refer to built-in Windows programs always as a first step. I'm not familiar with the program you are referring to. However, from what you seem to be looking for, Autoruns provides one heck of a complete startup listing, and a simple check/uncheck on any listed item will disable/enable the startup function.
