MS Outlook Strange font Issue.

Looking for some help with Outlook.
For some strange reason all my emails are now recieved with question marks in place of the letters in the body of the actual email.
When I type them out it looks fine, it's only when recieved at the other end that the question marks appear.
Nothing strange has happened lately, although my teenage nieces were using my pc for email/Im this last weekend.

I have a Dell 8400 with XP home and Office 2003.
TIA for any help.

It sound like the other PC has not got the same fonts as you and is replacing it with a ?

or

Your fonts / fonts file have become corrupt

Try sending test message's to the other PC ( with there permission )(( The quick brown fox * * *))in different fonts, Arial - Times New Roman & MS Sans Serif are good one's to start with
