Hi Topman
Outlook Express is the mail client, it works in conjunction with the mail server at your ISP. You need the account details of your mail account, ie your user name and your password to enable you to connect Outlook Express to the mail server. Usually e-mail accounts take the form <username>@<yourISP.com> and often the password is the same as the one you use to connect to the internet. I guess you know what your username is and if you can connect to the internet you must have a password. You will also need the name of the POP server and the SMTP server at your ISP. Check the ISP home page for these details. Good luck.
