Howdy and welcome to CTH:
That really doesn't tell us anything.. How are you trying to install Windows - did you fdisk and partition and then format?? Are you simply booting from the Win98 cd?? When are you getting this message and what is the EXACT COMPLETE message?? Murray

I did f disk partition and format.
I then tried to install win 98 from the cd-rom. Then I received the message
