Start up error

I get a start up error MAXKERNL.DLL missing. Anyone know what this is and how I can get a download for it?

The Maxkernl.dll file is part of the Visioneer Scanner software, if you go to the link you can get all your dll files from here > http://www.************.com/info/dll.htm
