Help with Kerio Personal Firewall

I just got my computer all cleaned up, and now I'm running Kerio Personal Firewall.

The problem is that when it's enabled it won't allow me to access the files on my office network's server computer. Possibly because it's Personal, I know.

Is there any way to configure Kerio so that I can get the files off the server, but still be protected from Internet demons? Or do I need to get different firewall software?

I'm running a Dell PC with Windows XP. The server is the Z: drive (My Network Places/Artserver as per Windows Explorer).
