I'm a new member, & wondering if anyone can help me.

I bought a second hand DELL computer, It crashed, so i had to format it, & download Win98, trouble is, it's only giving me 16 colour resolution. I need more for all the games i have,

What model number is the Dell PC please ?

The reason you're having this problem is because you will need to install drivers for your videocard in order for it to give you the full colours and resolution you should have.

If you let us know what model# the Dell is we should be able to find you the drivers you are after.

Alternatively, if you know what make and model your videocard is you can either go to the Dell site and download the drivers, or go to the videocard manufacturers website and download them there.

Thanks for the quick response.

The only thing i know about the Dell, is that it said somewhere on there "optiplex GX150, wether thats the card No., or something else, i don't know, sorry
