Hi,

XP & MS Outlook 2000/2003

I want to ghost everything on to another hard drive however this is not working for me ...

It looks like I will start from scratch with the new drive.

Is there a way to transfer all our email, mailbox etc to the other drive (XP with outlook 2000 or 2003) once we reinstall everything?

Thanks,

Wayne.

Outlook 2000 (I think 2003 is the same) keeps all its data in one pst file, usually named "outlook.pst." If you will not be able to access the old drive from the new, burn that pst file to CD.

Once you have the new drive ready to transfer the Outlook data, open the new installation of Outlook, go to File>Import and Export and use the Import wizard to import the data from the old Outlook's pst file.
