I've lost Tweakui!!

Yesterday, I noticed that the arrows on my desktop shortcuts were back. I went to the Control Panel to use Tweak, and it's gone! I've downloaded and installed several times and it shows up in "Add & Remove Programs", but it's not in the Control Panel.

The steps shown on this web site for installing are exactly what happens when I install, but still nothing!

Try this. Copy and paste this into the Start>run box and then press enter

control.exe Tweakui.cpl

This will open Tweakui

Now click on the Control Panel Tab
Be sure there is a check in the last entry on the list.
Tweakui.cpl

Click Apply.

Close Tweakui
Go to control panel and see if it now appears there.
