Hi, I have XP Home and Outlook 2000 is acting weird. The icon is gone, so I tried to Rebuild Icons with Tweak UI, but it didn't work. I tried creating a shortcut, but it said it could not find the icon. Also, whenever I close Outlook (or it gets closed by ActiveSync), I get an error message "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Should I just repair with my Outlook CD?
