Please Help- itunes/ipod

Hi, I just got a new laptop and i don't know how to transer my 600 songs from the itunes on my old computer to the itunes library in my new laptop can someone please help me. I tried just burning all the songs onto disks and improting them onto the laptop but the songs come out corrputed or soudning bad. :(

When i got my new computer i purchased CopyPod (http://www.copypod.net/) It worked great for me, and it keeps your album art, ratings(i don't use them though) playlists etc. Its $20 and you can transfer all the songs you want.
