Windows Update icon in Win ME?

Hey all,

On my main laptop i have XP -- and i often use the WINDOWS UPDATE icon manually to check for updates. Is there an icon like this in win me? I would rather not have to run internet explorer and log onto microsoft.com and do it that way...
