I tried to download from a BT site. When the box came up I pressed the Save To Desktop key, I then went to the desktop and clicked on the icon. In the programme saved I chose Notepad. However when it opened it was all jumbled.
How do I get rid of it and start again?

What was it you were downloading?

If the program did not load then all you would have to do is throw it out and try again.

It was the Bt anti premium number download. How do I throw it out?

Not familiar with that, maybe someone else here might have some input. Normally if you download a program to load if it does not load then you can just click on the file itself and delete it. If the program loaded then you would have to uninstall it from the control panel in the add/remove program folder.
