Hi klr08141987, welcome to Cyber Tech Help.
What, exactly, happens when Normal is selected? Any
error reports that show up after selecting Normal are pretty
important, as well as the exact wording.
Do you remember what you were doing on the computer the last time
before you shutdown and began to have this problem?
Did you make any changes in programs within Control Panel?
Where there any changes made to anything that you can remember?

hen i try to go into normal it says::::::WARNING:Windows did not finish loading on the previous attempt.Choose safe mode,to start windows with a minimal set of drivers.
but no i got it from my uncle's house and since i plugged it in my room it don't seem to work. i have no idea about what all he did when he had it.i have no books. i only have a floppy disk i made off my parents windows 98 computer and a cd setup disk that came with it.
