Hi duckie,

I think from my understanding of your email that this should fix your problem. I'll assume you are using Internet Explorer.

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel

Double click the "Internet Options" button.

On the Window that will have loaded click on the "Connections" tab.

In the middle of this window you will now see three checkboxes.

You need to check the one called "Dial whenever a network connection is not present".

Then hit Apply then OK. Close all your browsers and load one back up.

Let us know if that helps.
