Can't access administrative options - HELP!

I was given a computer from work and it has a bunch of security features on it. I am not able to access the any administrative options. I know it has ActiveX and Novell on it. Can someone please help me? I can't download certain things from the internet and I am not able to change my internet options. Please Help!!!

Hello Carole1,
I can understand your plight, but it is my understanding that assistance with bypassing security features/accessing denied admin rights are some of the few items that CyberTechHelp does not permit in these forums. You may have to press your work to find the admin password. Good luck with this.

Yes you are correct Jintan, sorry Carole1 CTH's policy on this issue is we cannot provide information in bypassing security passwords.

Did you receive disks with this setup?

No I didn't receive any disks. I understand that you can't help with administrative password problems. I think that I will just take the computer back to the IT dept. and ask them to remove those programs so I can download what I want. Thanks for your help.
