I have been trying to install a second hard drive so that i could run linux or windows on my pc, and for some reason or another, both of the hard drives i have tried to install so far have come out with the same messege. "Verifying dmi pool data........ DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER". Why is this messege displaying, and how do i fix it? i tried using both my linux and my windows disk, in hopes of formatting and (if possible) fdisking.
The versions i have been trying to use it fedore core 4, and xp pro.

Have you checked the jumpers to make sure one is set to master and the other (if there is a second) is set to slave?

Yeah, i was sure to set jumpers, and boot sequence, the whole yards, any other ideas of what it could be?
