windows wont start up or load

when turning on the pc, 1st I get the powrprof.dll error messege, and nothing else on the screen except for my background. no programs attempt to load, and no icons appear on the screen. Then all goes black. After several attempts of trying to get something, the computer will just restart its self, and repeats the above.

I have been able to load in safe mode, but after trying EVERYTHING I can think of, still does the same. Anyone know of anything?

Welcome to CTH moonrush88. Boot into Safe Mode and go to Start > Run and type:

msconfig

and OK. Click on the Startup Tab and look for LoadPowerProfile (you will probably see two). Are these checked? If not, check them and reboot. Can you boot into Windows now?

If not, what is the exact error message please?
