phpbb forum -missing thing??

My friend installed forum and I have one problem.
When I go to "Go to administration panel" I can't find "Forum Admin" and managment where I can add categories and forums...it's very strange.
What should I do??

Can your friend get to it, did he/she give you admin rights?

I'm admin, so that isn't the problem...

it should be at the top of the list on the left. However if you are only set up as an Admin and not the master admin then you may not have access to that depending on how they set up the accesses

I got mad and deleted everything and installed it again and it's working. Thanks everybody for trying to help..
