Do you mean AV for the server itself or are you talking full network AV clients and server?

NOD32 for Windows 2003 server (http://www.nod32usa.com/nod32-antivirus-products/#nt.shtml)
Panda WebAdmin Antivirus for Windows 2003 server (http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/webAdmin.htm)
Both very good products.

Since I use AVG for my home computer and its worked very well for me I wanted to give back to Grisoft. I spent a few bucks and put AVG enterprize ed. on a 03 Server box and it seems to work very well. I also like Panda WebAdmin, good call Spider.
